We Are Like Them

The other day I was reading the Bible about Jesus’ disciples. Jesus Christ chose his apostles after consultation with his heavenly father through a long prayer. It was an important decision he made choosing his 12 apostles. But are they perfect in all sense? From the Bible, we read about his disciples’ mistakes.

Even though the chosen ones, they all were lacking discipline, humility, and other such Christian qualities in their life. But what did Jesus do? He never rebuked them for their mistakes. Instead, Jesus corrected them like a good teacher. He was very patient with them, even after repeating them.

In our Christian life also, we may fall short of reaching the high Godly standards. But don’t be disheartened. Learn from the Great teacher, read the Bible, and find out how we can improve upon our shortcomings. Have a great day!

In A World Of Ultimate Chaos…

In a world of ultimate chaos, maintaining one’s identity is at risk. Everything is watched and monitored. Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, humans have become more machines and machines are more becoming like humans. We are being driven by some kind of motivation. Thinking community is shrinking. Think for our future, think for our environment, think for our kids!

A Real Hope

We are living in the most advanced world. People are talking 6G now, the technology that could deliver data a hundred times faster than the 5G technology. In all fields, man has made a lot of achievements at an unprecedented rate. But the basic question is still lies unanswered. What is the real purpose of our lives? No science or technology could ever answer that.

God’s Word, the Bible puts it straight. God created men to enjoy life and live forever in a paradise on the earth. But that’s not the case now. What happened? The Bible has the answer to that question too. It gives us real hope about our future, stating how God will put an end to this system of things. Jesus, while on the earth told his dear disciples about the warning signs of the end of the systems.

10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation,k and kingdom against kingdom.l 11 There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences;m and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs. (Luke 21:10,11).

They are fulfilling in our distressing times. We have every reason to rejoice, God’s kingdom is at hand!
